Angie Zapata’s murderer Allen Andrade, was given another 60 years of prison on top of the life imprisonment for her death. Why? Proof that he was a habitual criminal, and had committe six prior felonies.
If only he had been serving life for one of those felonies, she would be alive now. But at the very least, he’s off the streets for good.
