I remeber those winters in Wisconsin. We would go weeks without it getting to 20 degrees. I don’t miss it.
Bundle up. Stick a cat in your coat or something (if they can survive an airplane trip in a suitcase that should be nothing).

That’s why I didn’t go to UW-M. Sorry, Caprice. Then again, northern New England isn’t a tropical paradise, either.
