I agree with Cassandra. Unless the wording is more nuanced than what Frank is saying here, pre-op and non-op people are going to be SOL — and forced into dangerous and humiliating situations. I can’t say I’m surprised, but I am surprised that Frank would consider this to be nondiscrimination.
