I agree with Cassandra.  Unless the wording is more nuanced than what Frank is saying here, pre-op and non-op people are going to be SOL -- and forced into dangerous and humiliating situations.  I can&#039;t say I&#039;m surprised, but I &lt;i&gt;am&lt;/i&gt; surprised that Frank would consider this to be nondiscrimination.</description>
