And he's a parolee-at-large who's known to visit transgendered women. What I want to know is why he was originally incarcerated, and whether that crime was a violent crime. I would think it was a matter of public record, but I wonder if they're omitting it in the media on purpose? As in, "we fucked up letting him out"? This is very sad news.
