Our youngest Elo (m, beagle / aussie cattle dog) adopts the same posture nearly every morning. We interpret it as “I am so comfortable with my place in the pack and my natural dominance / superiority that I am gonna adopt this completely vulnerable position and force you to fawn over me by my sheer cuteness”
